While Molly is passionate about the lash industry and giving women the tools to be successful and grow into financially secure boss babes, she is also extremely passionate about being an advocate for blood donation through Layla’s Heroes and the Las Vegas Red Cross. After her daughter, Layla, was diagnosed with Cerebellar Ataxia at the age of 2 and lost the ability to control her body due to her body attacking her brain, Molly began searching for cures for her daughter as there wasn’t medication or treatment for Layla’s condition at the time. Through the Mayo Clinic team, Layla was able to find relief through IVIG, a blood treatment, that would help Layla to walk, talk, and control her body again. Today, Layla is a thriving, young, 4 year old all thanks to IVIG and active blood donors across the country. To continue Layla’s success, Molly hosts and promotes blood drives twice a year to bring awareness to the fact that blood is needed every day and has so many more uses than we realize.
