Well, we have been listening to many artists with these same questions and this mentoring program is our solution that!
This package is unique because it was created with the intent to help licensed and certified lash artists who are struggling or are in need of more hands on guidance. There are two options, half day up to 5 hours or full day up to 9 hours of one on one or small group mentoring with our lead trainers. This program provides artists an opportunity for specific and detailed guidance with their struggles in the lash industry. This package will cover questions payroll, taxes, salon regulations, client aquisition and retention, and so much more. There is no limit on the amount of questions that you can ask or guidance that you receive. This course is completely structured around you, the artist! Whatever you need help with, more instruction on or confirmation on will be discussed and covered. You may also book this package as often as you need.
When booking online, calling, or emailing to schedule this package, please be prepared to answer questions regarding concerns with your business and what are a few things that you’d like to specifically focus on. While you don’t need to have extensive details ready to be discussed when booking, a general idea of what you would like to work on is necessary so that the agenda and course content can be properly customized for you.
Once you have signed up for your training program, a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 will be required to secure your package. The deposit will be applied towards your remaining balance, which will be due 10 days prior to class.
While no kits will be provided as this is an information and problem solving driven program, there may be handouts that will provide help to you after you have completed the course. This will be determined by your trainer after your lash concerns have been discussed. Please be sure to bring all of the necessary business documents, concerns, past issues, and questions with you to class! The goal is to get a proper and accurate assessment of your current business and get started with helping your business thrive.
