Extend the life of your Lash Lift & Lash Tint

General guidelines to extend the life of your Lash Lift and/or Tint

– Do not wear waterproof mascara as the product is very damaging and the removal process is harmful to your lift and/or tint.
– Avoid rubbing your eyes or pulling your lashes.
– Proper hygiene is important in maintaining the lash lift. Please wash your lashes regularly with A Touch Of Lash foaming cleanser once 24 hours have passed. If you choose to use a cleanser other than A Touch of Lash foaming cleanser, we cannot guarantee the life of the lift, as we do not what that other cleanser’s ingredients are and they could be harmful.
– Use caution when applying eye creams and moisturizers around the eye area.
– We recommend sleeping on your back or on your side with your hand between your face and the pillow.
– After showering, wait a few minutes for your lashes to dry. Then, brush them with your eyelash comb or clean and dry mascara wand.
– We advise for regular lift and tint appointments every 6-8 weeks to maintain the desired style.

– If you experience any pain, irritation, redness, or itching, contact your doctor immediately.

During the initial 24 – 48 hours after your appointment:
● Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours after the lash lift and/or tint has been applied. It will affect the efficacy of
the lift and tint.
● Avoid washing your hair for the first 24 hours, as the shampoo and conditioner will encourage the lash lift to relax
or weaken.
● A quick, medium temperature shower is recommended for the first 48 hours. Avoid taking steamy showers.
● Avoid facials, saunas, and swimming pools for 48 hours after your appointment.
● Avoid using a strong makeup remover for 48 hours after your appointment as they may strip the tint color.
● Do not wear mascara for the first 24 hours as it can potentially cause a reaction to occur on the lash line.

results lasting for up to 10 weeks.
● If you experience any pain, irritation, redness, or itching, please contact your doctor immediately.

24 hours notice is required to change your booked appointment. If 24 hours notice is not received, a fee will be applied to your future booking.

If you have a serious illness and cannot make it to your appointment, please get in touch with us ASAP. Rescheduling fees may be waived on a case by case basis.

If you have a complimentary appointment scheduled and you do not provide 24 hours notice for rescheduling, or no show, to the appointment, the complimentary appointment is voided.

If you are late to your appointment, you are still required to pay the full service pricing that was originally scheduled. If you are late to your appointment, please note that your lash fullness will be compromised as there may not be sufficient time to achieved your desired look. Extending the time of your appointment after arrive late is not a possibility, so please plan to arrive 5 minutes EARLY to all scheduled appointments. Please book your next future appointment accordingly as you may need to come back sooner to make up for the lost appointment time and lack of fullness due to your tardiness.

Clients more than 15 minutes late will have to be rescheduled and will be considered a “confirmed no-show”. A fee may be applied for future booking.
