ATOL Policies

New clients who wish to receive a refill on their lashes must schedule a Foreign Refill service, which is our new client refill service for those who wish to keep their previous artists lashes on and have them filled in. This service allows the artist the proper time frame to consult with you about your goals for the appointment, asses your lashes, and properly blend the set together. Future refills should be scheduled as regular refills as this is a one time service. There are no guarantees on retention with this service as we always recommend removing the lash set and starting over to ensure proper attachment.

You must have 30% of lashes left or you’ll need to purchase a full set. Client refills 4+ weeks or more are subject to full set pricing.

All Prices are subject to change if proper maintenance is not followed.

Please arrive to your appointment with a clean lash line. If the lash line is covered in makeup and strip lash glue, a cleaning fee of $15 may be applied to your total charge. We cannot start lashing until your eyelashes are completely clean.

  PSA: if you come to your lash appointment with makeup on, you may experience retention issues due to a film being left on your eyelashes that can take up to 24 hours to wear off. Be aware that this is solely your responsibility and

will not qualify as a product issue if you experience retention issues.​

Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early. If you are late to your appointment, you are still required to pay the full service pricing that was originally scheduled. If you are late to your appointment, please note that your fullness MAY BE compromised as there may not be sufficient time to achieved your desired look. Extending the time of your appointment after arriving late is not a possibility, so please plan to arrive 5 minutes EARLY to all scheduled appointments.       

Please understand that we have fully booked schedules and cannot extend your time into another client’s

appointment. Please book your next future appointment accordingly as you may need to come back sooner to make up for the lost appointment time and lack of fullness due to your tardiness.

Clients more than 15 minutes late will have to be rescheduled and will be considered a “confirmed no-show”. A fee may be applied for future booking. Out of respect and consideration for your lash artist and other customers, please do your best to be on time and plan your travel time accordingly.

We have a strict 24 hour notice cancellation policy. If you have an appointment scheduled and you do not provide 24 hours notice for rescheduling, or no show, to the appointment, the appointment is voided and future services will require payment. We understand that at times, emergencies or illnesses happen and these will be handled on a case by case basis. However, if notice is not given in time, a late rescheduling fee will be added to your future appointment. Fee pricing is listed below:

​-First offense -50% of your appointment fee.

-Second offense – 100% of your appointment fee to be pre-paid before future booking.

There is no reason to not give notice that you cannot make your appointments. We tend to be more forgiving when notice is given rather than being stood up!

We have a 7 day, 50% coverage guarantee on our lash services. These guarantees have some conditions. If the set that you choose is inappropriate for your natural lash line, we cannot guarantee that they will stay due to the weight of the set being too heavy for your natural lashes. We also will not issue our 7 day guarantee for our work unless you are using ATOL aftercare products. We have put a lot of time and effort into providing our clients with wonderful, affordable aftercare options. Use of unapproved after care products CAN result in retention issues and using them is at your own risk.

No refunds. Please contact us within 48 hours if you have any questions about your lash set. Any issues reported later than 48 hours will be addressed on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed.

ATOL is not liable for any reactions due to our products. Skin sensitivities and allergies are extremely rare. We use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation standards to ensure your health and safety. Please let us know if you have any reason to be concerned regarding a previous allergy or sensitivity and we will consult on the best course of action for your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We rarely do as we enjoy helping all of our clients feel their best through our services.
